How to Teach Children to Read : Favorite Children's Authors
I chose this podcast because as a teacher and a future librarian, I feel that children will read books that they are interested in and they want to have a choice in what they are reading. This podcast introduces both children and parents to popular children's book authors. I really enjoyed watching it because I like to do different author studies in my own classroom and I feel that it helps the students better connect with the story if they know some information about the author. I located this podcast by searching youtube.com and then searching under children's literature.
